: who may use this area

The tennis court is intended for owners, tenants and their guests.

• Short-term guests may use the court only when accompanied by a resident.

• Domestic staff who do not permanently live with residents are not allowed to use the court for personal purposes.

Children under 14 may be on the court only when accompanied by an adult. Use of the court for activities other than tennis is allowed only with prior approval.

• wear sports clothing

• wear suitable sports shoes that do not damage the surface

• treat the surface, net, fencing, lighting and other equipment carefully

• take personal belongings, bottles, packaging, balls and other accessories with you after playing

• report damage to the surface, net, lighting or other equipment to reception

• using the court for commercial purposes

• holding sessions with an external coach without the client notifying reception and security

• damaging the surface, net, fencing, lighting or other property

• moving or changing equipment without approval

• leaving rubbish, bottles, towels, balls and personal belongings

: responsibility

The resident or owner is responsible for any damage caused by them, their guests, tenants or invited persons.

: booking

The tennis court is booked through reception or another established booking channel. If a resident cannot use the booked time, the booking must be cancelled in advance. Booking the court for events is allowed only in accordance with the common areas booking rules.
